there business hours are not convenient for those with a job. they dont even have a web site that tells when they are open and closed. if you sat up a site some of us could just pay on line or at least get 20th century info. they want your money but lord knows they cant act like a normal business today. doing something for your customer is out of the question i guess. commies got us cornered and so the hook up conecction is so high i ask every one i know NO ONES water company charges that much. More money(for reconnect) than other water companys means you stop acting so back woods get your company up to speed. your sucking up money and doing less for it.
It would be nice if there was a website to view and pay your bill.
Had a leaking meter. Stopped by office to inform them. Was told it would be taken care of quickly. Service truck was at home within 10 minutes and meter was replaced in no time. Best service ever!!!
Would be nice if they were open more than 6.5 hours. I mean seriously! ! 3:15 close time? ? Most people don't even get off work till 3:30 or 4. And that's after working 8 hours or more a day. What is it these Hickman county businesses? ? Are the people really that lazy? ?? Dickson water department is open 7-5
Nicest utility company I've ever worked with. Super easy to start your water services. My one and only complaint would be that there isn't an option to pay online, but you can call and pay over the phone so it's really not that big a deal.
