I have used Potter and Primm Inc. for the last 4 or 5 years and have had exceptional service with heating, air conditioning, and even plumbing needs. They are courteous and on time when the come to the house. They are always up front with the price and they have never changed a quote made on any work done. When my wife 1st contacted them it was because we were told we needed a new gas heater by another company. Potter and Primm came out for a second opinion. They replaced an inexpensive thermostat and my gas heater has worked fine since. I needed a new hot water heater and they installed a tank-less water heater; my hot water savings are now easily over a hundred bucks a year. The icing on the cake, is in each service call over the years they have always saved me money.
Worked with Robbie; he was incredible. I cannot believe how quickly he arrived late on a Sunday night, how nice he was to work with, and how fair he treated us. I'll never call anyone else but Robbie, period.
