This place is behind times. The staff here could use some customer service training. They act like they are swamped with two patients in the waiting room. I wouldn't be here if I didn't feel like driving to Dickson! but I will never use this pharmacy again! My doctor was like you will be in and out...pftt
I have never had a problem with this pharmacy, I have always received my medications in a timely manner. They have always been nice and professional, never a long wait time, and they have always tried to save myself, as well as my family, money with every prescription! I will continue recommending this pharmacy along with the clinic! :)
Just moved to the area and i am trying to get a pharmacy that can refil my maint. Meds. I have been disabled for 6 years so i have my meds. Mail orderd thru my insurance plan they will not allow me to get this type refiled thru the mail so i went to east hickman pharmacy to establash my meds. Thru them without discussing my problem they refused just because they did not want to i had a prescription from my pharmacy that i have been going to for over 20 years .good to go by law not trying to get nothing that i did not need i worked in a machine shop and i have problems and help.go there to get a ban aid because they are wrong in there policy they need to get there money back from collage becaused they wasted there money with there degree. Not a place to go for help. I will pray for them they need it.
